Mark and his wife, Tara, placed membership at Prestoncrest in 2001 after both graduating from Texas A&M. They married in 2001, and have 2 children – Hannah (fiancé Caleb Danielson), recent graduate of Texas A&M, and Andrew, a current student Texas A&M. Mark works as a reliability engineer at Raytheon Company in McKinney, where he has been since 2001. Tara is a pediatric occupational therapist and has been involved in Prestoncrest’s children’s and youth ministries. Mark served as a deacon at PC from 2010-2025 and served in children’s ministry, youth ministry, adult education, and a frequent teacher in youth & adult classes. Mark was inducted as an Elder in April 2025. Mark and Tara attend the Families in Christ where they serve as class leaders.
